Refund Policy
The money-back guarantee, the condition attached to it, and how to claim.

This document is a draft
It has not been reviewed by counsel and the operating entity does not exist yet. Nothing here may be relied on, and nothing is sold, because nothing is deployed.
The guarantee
We are confident in the service and its results. If you are ready to reach your goals, it is a risk-free offer: we guarantee you will see visible results, or you will receive a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
The guarantee is conditional. You will need to demonstrate that you have followed the program. That condition is what makes the sentence above accurate, and it is stated here rather than in small type because a promise whose condition is hidden is not a promise.
What demonstrating looks like
To be written before this policy is relied on, and it is the hardest part of the document. A refund promise with an evidentiary standard nobody has written down is an obligation with an unknown cost, and the implementation plan lists it for the owner for exactly that reason. A reasonable standard, a named reviewer, and a turnaround time all belong here.
Statutory rights
Where you have a statutory right to cancel — a consumer in the UK or the EU buying at a distance, for instance — that right stands on its own and this policy does not reduce it. The fulfillment policy says when the service is delivered, which is the fact that right turns on.
How to claim
Write to support@godmodelooks.com within 30 days of the charge. Tell us which plan you bought and include what you have to show. We answer within three business days.
Cancelling is not refunding
Cancelling stops the next charge and is covered by the terms. Refunding returns a charge already taken and is covered here. Doing one does not do the other.
