Why this page exists

A subscription sold at a distance to a buyer in the UK or the EU has to say what is delivered and when, because the buyer's statutory right to cancel turns on it. The terms cover the agreement and the refund policy covers the guarantee; this page covers delivery alone.

What you receive

• Your report — the scores, the factors behind them, and what each one means.
• Your improvement plan, ordered by the priorities you chose.
• Continued access to both for the length of your paid term, and for each renewed term after it.

When you receive it

Immediately. Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, on the same screen, with no waiting period and nothing posted to you. There is nothing physical, so there is no shipping, no tracking and no delivery address.

What counts as delivery

Opening the report. The service is digital content supplied immediately with your consent, and consenting to that at checkout is what starts it.

If something does not arrive

Write to support@godmodelooks.com with the address you paid from. We answer within three business days, and a charge with nothing delivered behind it is refunded in full regardless of anything in the refund policy.

Cancelling and renewals

Covered by the terms. Cancelling ends future renewals; what has already been delivered stays available for the term you paid for.
